  • £50 voucher - 4 music lessons, in a chosen instrument with a discount of 20%.

  • £100 voucher - 8 music lessons, in a chosen instrument with a discount of 20%.

  • £150 voucher - 12 music lessons, in a chosen instrument with a discount of 20%.

Gift vouchers are digital and sent to customer instantly after purchase, they are valid for 6 months from date of purchase and is not transferable or refundable. Terms and conditions apply.*​

>PURCHASE & REDEEM INFO

Purchasing a gift card:

  1. Upon deciding the voucher you would like to purchase hit the purchase a gift card button where you will be taken to our payment page.

  2. Follow the payment steps - if you are purchasing to gift to another person fill out the recipients details.

  3. Shortly after purchase the recipient will receive an email containing a voucher code. There will also be steps on how to redeem the voucher along with the terms and conditions clarified included in the email.

Redeeming a gift card:

  1. To redeem your voucher simply visit our booking form page.

  2. Fill out your details accurately and select which instrument you wish to learn.

  3. Enter the voucher code included in the email into the Gift Voucher Code box of booking form.

  4. Submit your form and a member of our team will reach out to you to start your journey!

Terms and conditions:

  1. Eligibility
    The voucher is valid for new students only. New students are those who have not previously taken music lessons with The Music Hub.

  2. Voucher Expiration
    This voucher must be redeemed within 6 months from the date of purchase. After the expiration date, the voucher will no longer be valid.

  3. Single Use Only
    This voucher is for single-use only and cannot be used for multiple bookings or combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers.

  4. Non-Transferable
    The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of payment.

  5. Booking & Redemption
    To redeem the voucher, students must book lessons in advance by contacting The Music Hub and providing the voucher code/information at the time of booking (via phone call or online booking form.)

  6. Cancellation & Rescheduling
    Standard cancellation and rescheduling policies apply. If a class is cancelled or rescheduled outside of the specified timeframes, the voucher will be void.

  7. Limitations
    This voucher can only be used for the designated music lessons offered by The Music Hub and cannot be applied to any other products, services, or materials.

  8. Right to Refuse
    The Music Hub reserves the right to refuse the voucher if it is not redeemed according to the terms set forth or if it is determined to be fraudulent.

  9. Changes to Terms
    The Music Hub reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the voucher holder.

  10. Governing Law
    These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland.
